Ο τραπεζικος όμιλος Αυστραλίας και Νέας Ζηλανδίας (ANZ) και η Export-Import Bank of China (China Exim) έχουν συνεργαστεί ώστα να χρηματοδοτησουνε την κατασκευή τεσσάρων νέων πλοίων μεταφορας φυσικου αερίου (LNG) στην Κίνα αξίας 787 εκ. δολ..


Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) and the Export-Import Bank of China (China Exim) have teamed up to lead a $787m financing deal for four new LNG carriers in China.



The cash will go to CNOOC, Teekay LNG Partners, China LNG Shipping (Holdings) and BW Gas, who have ordered the 174,400-cbm ships at Hudong-Zhonghua for delivery in 2017 and 2018.


They will be chartered long-term to BG Group.


ANZ said the financing comprises 50\% of direct ECA loans provided by China Exim and 50\% of commercial loans.


They will mature over 17 years.


Lead arrangers are ANZ, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, National Association, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, China Exim, Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
