The seminar presented Prime Management Services’ new Initiative: CONNECT Human Energy Resources (H.E.R.) – the specialist provider of recruitment & HR outsourcing services for the Shipping Industry in Greece. CONNECT aims at adding significant value to the shipping industry by safeguarding quality and sustaining the high standards of Shipping. The seminar was presented by Ms Efharis Perpinia, CoDirector of CONNECT H.E.R., an expert in the HR field with experience both in Greece and internationally. Ms Perpinia and Ms Notias invited the audience to join CONNECT H.E.R. and be part of the change offering various options. The audience welcomed the new idea, emphasizing on the difficulties they have experienced when recruiting for various posts in the shipping industry and their concern for the brain-drain phenomenon in our country.
