Attica: Acquisition of a Ro-Pax highspeed vessel

Attica Holdings S.A. announces the completion of the acquisition, by a subsidiary of the Group, of the Ro-Pax highspeed vessel ‘Thunder’ from Fast Ferries, for a cash consideration of Euro 17.75 million.

Thunder was built in 1998, fully refurbished in 2021 and has an overall length of 86.6 meters, width of 24 meters, and carrying capacity of 1,068 passengers and 215 private vehicles.
