About the Conference

As two nations connected by rich maritime histories, present day geo-strategic interests and a future of endless economic potential –  Israel and Greece share significant opportunities for development and cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean maritime region.​

This conference will bring together senior stakeholders from both allied nations – industry and business leaders, Blue Economy investors, entrepreneurs and innovators, policymakers and regulators, researchers and academics –  to explore the vast potential of maritime cooperation and the ways to realize it for the benefit of both countries. ​

Together we will examine critical topics such as strategic maritime routes, supply chains, port infrastructure development, the energy sector, water desalination, security and control, technological innovation, aquaculture, environment and tourism.​

The Eastern Mediterranean is at a crossroads of trade, business, development and innovation, making it essential for Israel and Greece to strengthen their maritime collaboration in order to fully realize its potential.
