Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. announced today that, pursuant to a resolution of its General Meeting of Shareholders dated 4 November 2025, it has formally changed its registered name to Y\/KNOT Invest S.A., enabling the Group\u2019s evolution into a diversified investment platform with strategic interests across yachting, marina management, shipping, tourism, and hospitality.<\/p>\n

This name change marks the beginning of a new chapter of growth, diversification, and international expansion.<\/p>\n

Rigas Tzortzis<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board, stated: \u201cThe transition to Y\/KNOT Invest S.A. represents an intended move to a broader, investment-oriented growth model.
