{"id":240517,"date":"2024-05-22T13:17:34","date_gmt":"2024-05-22T10:17:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maritimes.gr\/?p=240517"},"modified":"2024-05-22T13:17:34","modified_gmt":"2024-05-22T10:17:34","slug":"inauguration-event-for-the-propeller-club-port-of-limassol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maritimes.gr\/en\/inauguration-event-for-the-propeller-club-port-of-limassol\/","title":{"rendered":"Inauguration event for the Propeller Club, Port of Limassol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday, May 16th, President Costis Frangoulis, in his capacity as First Vice-President of the International Propeller Club of the United States, attended the inauguration event for the Propeller Club, Port of Limassol.<\/p>\n<p>Greetings were addressed by the General Secretary of the new chapter, Loukas Barbaris, the President, Polys Hajioannou, the US Ambassador to Cyprus, Julie Fisher, as well as Costis Frangoulis, representing IPCUS.<\/p>\n<p>As is customary, Costis Frangoulis, on behalf of the International Propeller, handed over the Club&#8217;s Charter to Polys Hajioannou, formally welcoming Limassol to the global network.<\/p>\n<p>He then presented Mr. Hajioannou with the president&#8217;s pin and offered him a gift from the Propeller Club, Port of Piraeus, specially made by the renowned Greek artist, Caroline Rovithi.
