{"id":284996,"date":"2026-09-10T12:13:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T09:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maritimes.gr\/job\/store-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-09-10T12:27:22","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T09:27:22","slug":"store-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/maritimes.gr\/en\/job\/store-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Store Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LALIZAS holds a leading position in the maritime and safety market, with more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing lifesaving equipment and a commercial presence in over 130 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Its product range includes more than 10,000 marine and lifesaving products, distributed worldwide through its well-established network.<\/p>\n<p>LALIZAS wishes to hire for its store in Limassol, Cyprus, a:<\/p>\n<p><strong>STORE MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the retail store and wholesale activities.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and financial objectives (retail &amp; wholesale).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network.<\/li>\n<li>Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and coordinate store staff (scheduling, performance management, training, and development).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and replenishment for both retail and wholesale channels.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in a managerial role within retail.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in wholesale or B2B sales will be considered a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with a results-driven mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<li>Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s in it for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company<\/li>\n<li>Net salary 2000\u20132500\u20ac depending on experience<\/li>\n<li>Variable incentive bonus plan<\/li>\n<li>Continuous training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":284993,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Limassol, Cyprus","_application":"recruiter2@lalizas.com","_company_name":"LALIZAS","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.lalizas.com","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-284996","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
