New Program: CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management – HMC Launches Collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

The Hellenic Management Centre (HMC) is proud to announce its collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to offer the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership. This innovative 8-week program is designed to strengthen leadership skills, accelerate career progression, and enhance workplace performance, leading to a globally recognized CMI qualification and membership status.

Participants will explore two core modules – Principles of Leadership and Managing Change – gaining practical skills to lead, and embed successful change within their organisations. Through interactive workshops and real-world scenarios, they will develop the mindset, tools, and confidence needed to manage behavioural, organisational, and cultural transformation from start to finish. Additionally, participants will deepen their understanding of leadership, enhancing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead with clarity, authenticity, and impact.

The course is ideal for middle managers, team leaders, and aspiring leaders. It is designed for professionals who want to develop their leadership mindset and skill set and improve their ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for management education in Greece, offering professionals across industries access to internationally accredited leadership development delivered by distinguished experts.
