Navios Maritime Midstream Partners L.P. Announces Cash Distribution of $0.4225 per Unit

MONACO, April 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Navios Maritime Midstream Partners L.P. (“Navios Midstream”) (NYSE:NAP), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.4225 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. This distribution represents an annualized distribution of $1.69 per unit.

The cash distribution will be payable on May 12, 2016 to unit holders of record as of May 6, 2016.
