Sustainability is at the heart of our vision and guides every aspect of our operations. The 2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report highlights our continued commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and strong ethical governance. Through measurable actions and transparent reporting, we aim to build a more resilient and responsible future for our industry.
Environmental Performance
In 2024, we made meaningful progress in reducing our environmental impact. Overall emissions decreased by 5.3% compared to 2023, while emissions intensity was reduced by 16.6%. For the first time, emissions data were expanded across the value chain, increasing transparency and accountability.
Renewable energy played a key role in our efforts, with 1.05 million kWh of energy generated from the Group’s 800 kW solar system. In addition, 100% of production waste was effectively managed, reinforcing our near zero-waste approach and commitment to responsible resource use.
Social Responsibility
Our people remain central to our success. In 2024, 100% of employees were employed under full-time, indefinite-duration contracts, providing stability and long-term security. We also invested heavily in professional development, delivering 12,336 total training hours across the workforce.
Progress in diversity and inclusion continued, with a 4.8% increase in women in technical roles. Employee well-being was further supported through private insurance coverage for all staff and company-sponsored Master’s programs. Workplace safety remained a top priority, with zero fatalities, zero light injuries, and zero near-miss accidents recorded during the year.
Beyond our organization, we supported 38 institutions and organizations through donations and social initiatives, strengthening our positive impact on the wider community.
Governance and Ethics
Strong governance underpins our ESG strategy. In 2024, €146.8K was invested in digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational resilience. All employees received training in information security, contributing to zero information security breaches per month.
We also maintained the highest ethical standards, with zero violations related to human rights, ethics, or compliance, reinforcing trust among stakeholders and partners.
