Brenner buys Euroseas stake

Fred Brenner has emerged as a major investor in Aristides Pittas backed Euroseas.

Brenner revealed it holds a 7.58\% slice in the shipowner last night, six months after it snapped up the shares.

The 4,330,014 shares in Brenner’s hands are worth $3.68m today.

Pittas is the largest shareholder in the company with 28.3\% of the stock.

Other shareholders include Tennenbaum Opportunities, 12 West Capital and New Generation Advisors.
