DNV GL focuses on gas, optimism for the future: Ioannis Chiotopoulos, VP, Regional Manager DNV GL – Maritime

DNV GL is focusing on gas, foresees great prospects in the field given also the mobility in the Eastern Mediterranean and is ready to provide its know-how for safely extracting oil at sea, said Ioannis Chiotopoulos, VP, Regional Manager DNV GL – Maritime, in an interview with maritimes.gr

The classification society annually hosts more than 100 seminars in its academy attended by at least 3,000 corporate executives, he said speaking during a press conference at DNV GL offices in Piraeus a few days ago.

Mr Chiotopoulos expressed optimism for the future in shipping. There are always opportunities for everyone, he stressed.
